Went here 1st of September. It was a disaster. Food took forever and people around me were cancelling their orders because of the waiting time. I haven’t been here for a long time and now I remember why. Food(breakfast) was just average. They did take 300k of from a 1.5 million bill.

Reviews
Overall, we had a good experience at Snap Cafe, and it's easy to see why it's a popular family destination in Thao Dien. There were, however, a few service issues that impacted our visit. Upon arrival, we waited over 5 minutes at the entrance before someone came to escort us to our table. The most frustrating part was the timing of our food. We ordered two fresh juices and two main dishes. The drinks arrived quickly, and my daughter's main dish was served shortly after. Unfortunately, my main course didn't arrive until about 35 minutes later. By then, my daughter had already finished her meal, and I had to wait another 15 minutes after she was done before my food finally arrived. I would have much preferred if both main dishes had been served at the same time so we could enjoy our meal together. On the positive side, the venue is in a great location with plenty of shops nearby to explore, and the sand cabana play area is fantastic for kids. It's a great spot for families, and with a few improvements to service coordination, the experience would be even better.
If you're an expat in Ho Chi Minh or even a parent this is 100% the place to be. They have fun events, meetups, and an amazing play area for kids while you eat. We were in the city only for a few hours already we loved and made the most of it.
One of the best places in HCMC and Must Go - either breakfast, lunch or dinner. It’s like a little escape from the vibrant city vibe into a green oasis. Amazing food and stuff. Also having some cute shops to browse through. We are coming here for over a year regularly and love it. Same goes for family and kids, the separate area is like a Dream island for them without interrupting the other area and stores. So a great place for couples or if you need a break for yourself as well as meeting with friends or family time. Big thanks to team for always spoiling us 😌
