Venue Owner Accounts
If you register as a venue owner, we collect your email address, business name, and contact details for account management and communication purposes.

- Supabase - authentication for venue owner accounts
- MapLibre / MapTiler - interactive map display (no tracking)
- Alibaba Cloud (Dashscope) - AI-powered search processing
- Amazon S3 - image hosting and storage
Venue Data
The venue information displayed on our platform (names, addresses, photos, reviews, menus, operating hours) is sourced from publicly available data including Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, and GrabFood. If you are a venue owner and wish to update or remove your listing, please contact us.
Data Retention
Analytics data is retained for 14 months in accordance with Google Analytics default settings. Search queries are not stored beyond the active session. Venue owner account data is retained for the duration of the account and deleted upon request.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to any personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Opt out of analytics tracking by using browser Do Not Track settings
- Update or correct your venue listing information
Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
