The food is delicious, i highly recommend the steamed egg with salmon eggs, everything’s presentation and taste is lovely. Prices are a bit high. But still, 5 stars

I ordered at 7:40, but I had to wait for 30 minutes for the food. Even then, when I asked when the food would be served and if the order was in, it came out. This is not the first time. I came out late last time. It’s the worst restaurant. I hope no one comes here because I‘ll have such a terrible experience.

Exceptional Japanese Dining Experience at Estella Place Sushi Hokkaido Sachi at Estella Place is easily one of the best Japanese dining experiences in Thủ Đức. Located inside the Estella Place mall, the restaurant offers a refined yet comfortable atmosphere that feels authentic and calm — perfect for both casual dining and special occasions. The food quality is outstanding. Every dish we tried showcased freshness, balance, and attention to detail: • The oysters on ice were incredibly fresh, plump, and sweet, topped with uni, ikura, and light garnishes that elevated the natural flavors without overpowering them. • The sashimi selection was beautifully presented and very fresh, especially the silver-skinned fish served with kelp and citrus accents — clean, delicate, and expertly prepared. • The grilled eel (unagi) with egg was rich, tender, and perfectly seasoned, with a soft texture that melts in your mouth. • The specialty rolls with seared toppings and creamy sauces were indulgent yet well-balanced, not heavy or overly sauced. • Classic salmon maki was simple, fresh, and executed perfectly — a great indicator of overall quality. • The salad with sashimi and sea grapes (umibudo) was refreshing and unique, combining crisp greens, fresh fish, and a light, flavorful dressing. • Drinks were also excellent — the Japanese-inspired cocktail with mint and citrus was refreshing and paired well with the meal. Presentation across all dishes was elegant and thoughtful, reflecting true Japanese craftsmanship. Portions are satisfying, and the ingredients clearly feel premium. Service was professional, attentive, and polite, with staff who understand the menu well and are happy to explain dishes or make recommendations. Everything arrived at a comfortable pace, making the experience relaxed and enjoyable. Overall, Sushi Hokkaido Sachi delivers consistently high-quality Japanese cuisine, excellent service, and a beautiful dining environment. It’s a fantastic choice if you’re looking for authentic sushi and sashimi in Ho Chi Minh City. Highly recommended — definitely a place worth returning to. 🍣✨

Very consistent and affordable Japanese restaurant. It's high volume of guests gives the assurance of fish always being fresh. Service friendly and efficient. Little tip - try to book one of the 4 small private rooms ... it allows easy conversations

Great Japanese restaurant that offers extensive sushi and sashimi varieties. Fish are fresh and high quality. Impressive sushi and hand rolls menu, udon, and cooked fish as well as Wagyu beef dishes. Wide selection of sake also offered. The dining room is nicely designed. Attentive and helpful staff.
