From the moment you arrive, even during the waiting time, they take care of you with snacks and drinks so you don’t feel like you’re just standing around. Once seated, the staff are incredibly attentive — they notice everything. Your drinks get refilled before you even ask, and they’re always nearby if you need anything. What really stands out are the little extras. If you have kids, there’s a playroom, plus puzzles and colouring activities to keep them occupied. For the ladies, there’s even manicure services available while you wait. There’s even a shoe polishing machine if you’re wearing leather shoes — a small detail, but it shows how thoughtful they are. The condiment bar is also very well maintained — fresh fruits, side dishes, and sauces are always topped up. Everything feels clean and organized, and if anything is out of place, the staff are quick to notice and fix it immediately. They also add fun elements to the experience — the noodle dance performance is always entertaining, and there are even traditional Chinese face-changing performances at certain outlets. If you know the “secret phrases,” you might even get a small free gift, which adds a playful touch, especially for couples or families with kids. Food quality is solid — fresh ingredients, good variety, and nicely presented. Overall, it’s not just about the food — it’s the level of service, attention to detail, and overall experience that really makes this place stand out. Definitely one of the most attentive dining experiences I’ve had.

I was looking for a place to quickly fix a broken nail and happened to notice a small beauty corner at the Haidilao restaurant, so I decided to ask if they could help. The nail technician, Trần Hiểu Hài, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She fixed my nail quickly and very carefully. Honestly, I was absolutely impressed. This level of care for people is something you rarely see. It’s not just service - it’s real hospitality. After such a warm experience, I didn’t even hesitate: now I definitely want to come back here for lunch. Such a pleasant and unexpected experience. Bravo for this approach to guests! ⭐ And at the end they even gave me a small gift 🥰🫶

Delivers on quality and service. When paired together with the nail service, it is worthwhile. Sauces were very good but the beef was just ok. Overall very happy.

One of coolest hot pots I been too. The meat and vegetables has a lot varieties. Tea and milk tea was refilled quickly. Service was excellent tier. Performance such noodle dance and there was another performer was really cool. Highly recommend trying this place.
