My wife and I visited this restaurant for lunch on 24 May 2026. Our order was taken at 12:00 PM. We ordered two lunch sets: one chicken teriyaki set, one fried rice set, and two iced teas. It took the restaurant 15 minutes just to bring our two iced teas — and only after we asked. At 12:40 PM, our lunch sets finally arrived, again only after we asked twice. We asked to speak with the manager. He explained that they were prioritizing some takeaway orders and that our meals were “hot dishes,” so they needed more time to prepare. However, we noticed that other hot dishes were being served to other tables during that time as well. There were also only around four occupied tables when we arrived. We expected a nice and decent lunch experience, but unfortunately neither the service nor the experience met expectations. Unbelievable!! 😩🤯🤬
