Song Hành에 위치한 Estella Place 쇼핑센터 안의 이 지점은 가족 단위 손님, 외국인 거주자, 그리고 며칠 전부터 예약을 잡아두는 단골들로 늘 북적인다. 워크인도 가능하지만, 오픈 키친 바로 옆 실내 테이블은 가장 먼저 채워진다—이유가 없는 게 아니다. 그 자리에서 셰프들이 일하는 모습을 바라보는 것은 이곳 식사의 자연스러운 일부이며, 따뜻한 브라운 우드 인테리어는 쇼핑몰 안이라는 맥락을 충분히 희석시켜 공간을 그냥 무난한 곳이 아닌, 의도를 가지고 만들어진 곳처럼 느끼게 한다.
메뉴는 하나의 파이에서 두 가지 스타일을 동시에 맛볼 수 있는 하프-하프 포맷을 중심으로 구성되어 있다. 단골들이 가장 자주 선택하는 조합은 5가지 치즈 pizza와 Soy Garlic Beef다. Pizza 외에도 크랩 pasta와 버섯 수프는 오직 이 두 메뉴를 위해 다시 찾는 고정 팬층을 형성했다. Spaghetti 역시 자주 언급된다. 식재료는 가능한 한 현지에서 조달하며, 주방은 그 원산지를 충분히 진지하게 여겨 그 차이가 결과물에서도 느껴진다.
서비스야말로 이 지점을 주변의 비슷한 pizza 레스토랑들과 구분 짓는 요소다. 직원들은 손님이 몰리는 바쁜 밤에도 차분함을 유지하고, 작은 문제가 생겼을 때 먼저 나서 배려를 보여주는 것으로 알려져 있다—예약 시간보다 오래 기다린 테이블에 무료 디저트를 건네거나, Women's Day 같은 기념일을 맞은 손님에게 작은 깜짝 선물을 준비하는 식이다. 이 세심함은 신입 직원에게도 이어지며, 같은 기준으로 교육되어 있는 것으로 보인다.
야외 테라스와 쇼핑몰을 향한 구역은 특히 점심 시간대와 주말에 꽤 소란스러울 수 있다. 조용한 분위기를 원하는 손님은 실내 테이블을 미리 예약하는 편이 낫다. Pizza 4P's Estella는 Thao Dien에서 가장 많은 리뷰를 보유한 곳 중 하나로, 이 수치는 어떤 특별한 이벤트가 아닌 높은 회전율 속에서도 흔들리지 않는 일관성으로 쌓인 결과다.
The food is neat, the service is dedicated and thoughtful. The service is very good. Luxurious space, cozy brown wood style. The food is prepared methodically. In terms of original flavor, it is not very suitable for the taste. I like spaghetti the most. My favorite is mushroom pizza.
the service at 4P’s is always impeccable but moreso here at estella! we waited an extra 5mins for an inside table despite reserving ahead (which is nothing at all honestly) and was offered a complimentary dessert as an apology. the food was delicious - i recommend the mushroom soup! - and so worth a try if you’re in the area.
We did everything by the book. Reserved inside. Arrived at 5:00 pm sharp; the hour one chooses when one intends to eat what one actually likes. Naturally, we were seated outside, beside what can only be described as music practice rooms for people who have never met silence. Availability, apparently, is a suggestion, not a commitment. By 5pm — five, mind you — most of the favorites were already gone. Not sold out in a heroic, end-of-night way. Gone in a “we’ve decided abundance is optional” kind of way. So we under-ordered, over-compromised, and left hungry; which is an impressive achievement for a pizza restaurant. Now, credit where it’s due: the staff were excellent. Polite, attentive, visibly aware that reality had failed us. They offered a 20% discount, which was classy, appreciated, and frankly the only thing preventing this from becoming a full Greek tragedy. But let’s be honest, a discount doesn’t replace dinner, and reliability is the entire point of a chain. If I wanted uncertainty, I’d invest in stocks. Conclusion: pleasant people, decent food, questionable promises. Never trust a chain; especially when it promises you inside, early, and available.
we didn’t have a reservation but still managed to get a table. the food was incredible, especially the crab pasta. our server, Kim Long, was so kind and helpful! he truly made the experience even better!
A lot branches across HCM. Good place with a lot of pizza & other food choices in the menu. Making reservation in advance is a must to ensure you have a comfortable table. Recommended to have a table indoor near the open kitchen to see the chefs working. While there were still a lot of available tables in the outdoor & the mall area, it can get quite noisy at times. A must to have is the half half pizza. The recommended one is the 5 cheese pizza and Soy Garlic Beef.
