Ollin café tọa lạc trên đường Xuân Thủy với thực đơn cà phê được phân chia rõ ràng giữa hai hướng: thử nghiệm và cổ điển. Một bên là những thức uống đặc trưng của quán — Coffee Jelly có cả phiên bản thường lẫn oat milk, Coconut Coffee và Coffee Cloud — những ly được xây dựng quanh kết cấu và vị ngọt theo phong cách cold brew, thu hút khách buổi chiều. Bên còn lại là bảng single-origin xoay vòng với Ethiopia Natural, Ethiopia Wash, Kenya và Starmaya, dành cho những ai muốn cảm nhận chính hương vị của hạt cà phê, không chỉ là công thức pha chế xung quanh nó.
Sự đa dạng thực đơn ở đây rộng hơn nhiều so với một quán cà phê mặt phố thông thường ở Thao Dien. Oat milk xuất hiện xuyên suốt — Oatside Flat White, Oatside Latte, Caramel Latte Oat, Eispenner Latte Oat — phản ánh sự nắm bắt xu hướng ăn uống đang ngày càng phổ biến trong khu vực. Eispenner, dạng espresso float đá mang ảnh hưởng từ văn hóa cà phê Đức và đã quen thuộc trong văn hóa cà phê Việt, không phải quán nào cũng có và chính điều đó tạo nên cá tính riêng cho thực đơn.
Với 227 đánh giá trên Google, trung bình 4.4 sao, và giờ mở cửa kéo dài đến 11:45 tối vào thứ Sáu, thứ Bảy và Chủ Nhật, Ollin lấp đầy khoảng trống trong một khu vực mà hầu hết các quán cà phê specialty đóng cửa lúc 9 hoặc 10 giờ tối. Khung giờ kéo dài đó tạo điều kiện để ghé uống cà phê sau bữa tối hoặc làm việc muộn theo cách mà không nhiều quán cùng phân khúc trên đoạn đường Thảo Điền này có thể đáp ứng. Giờ mở cửa từ 7 giờ sáng cũng giúp quán phục vụ tốt ở đầu kia của ngày, kịp trước khi cái nóng kéo đến.
I’m really impressed with the coffee quality and set up atmosphere at Ollin in Thao Dien here. The first coffee I tried was traditional latte which its taste was original and the staff service is professional. In addition, the vibe of both indoor and outdoor is smart set up and flexible for customers needs. Another times I tried here with orders of red cold brew and affogato that all great and no more comments at all. It’s already in my favorite places list :)
I love this place so much. They have the nice garden and the staff are so friendly and polite, always notice customer needed . Croissants are fresh and tasty. Good place for working and chilling
A lovely coffee shop! The coffee tastes amazing — I also sniffed some of the sample blends, and they were great, too! I believe our barista brought us our coffee drinks — he seemed genuinely happy to work there and make coffee, which made us also enjoy the coffee and have a good time, as customers ☺️ We sat indoors to enjoy the cool air conditioner, but many people sat outside as well. It is a bit crowded here, but the ceiling is very high, and the window is also floor to ceiling, so the atmosphere itself was nice and open. Highly recommend!
Nice coffee shop. Don't really get the wine part. The space to sit is limited but it's a nice atmosphere.
Loved their "Cloud coffee" - so cool and so good. Atmosphere is cool and so big variety of different coffees! We were just a bit dissapointed of not having anything else for eating than just some bakery....
