Unfortunately I can't recommend this place if you prefer tea with depth or strong flavor. It isn't clear what makes the tea "premium" quality. I was hoping they'd brew the tea when I order it, but they did not. Also, the cup is only 70% full and a lot of ice (even when I asked for little ice). Usually places like this would cater to local/younger crowds and therefore charge a bit less for their tea. But it just seems to ride on its branding/hype. A plus is they accept Apple Pay. Just stick with Xing Fu Tang or Phuc Long nearby (or even Chagee if you can segregate politics aside).

Great experience, best takeaway model in Thao Dien, affordable price and high quality service. However, there are few seats because the shop is takeaway and the space is small, but the decor is very impressive. I visited a few times, if peak hours can wait about 5-10 minutes to get the order, other times it is under 5 minutes. Worth trying the teas, milk teas and coffees, I am very impressed with the quality of the products and packaging, which I find most other brands often ignore. I rarely recommend but hope the shop is known by local people.

The male staff spoke unclearly and mumbled. When I visited at noon, his attitude was unfriendly. There was no proper seating; even the small seat available was taken by the staff who didn’t offer it to customers. Moreover, he got my order wrong
