Nhân viên hỏi khách thích gì trước khi gợi ý bất cứ điều gì, rồi dẫn dắt qua xuất xứ, phương pháp sơ chế và hương vị của từng loại hạt đang có — một nghi thức biến một ly cà phê thành một buổi thử nghiêm túc. Sự ổn định là điều đáng nói: với 2.867 đánh giá Google đạt năm sao tuyệt đối, chất lượng được giữ vững qua nhiều lần ghé và nhiều ca nhân viên khác nhau.
Chi nhánh tại Thao Dien, trên Đường Số 2 trong Làng Báo, mang một không khí khác hẳn so với cơ sở ở District 1. Không gian nội thất gợi cảm giác thân quen và có chủ ý — không vội vàng, với bố cục mà khách quen mô tả là đẹp mà không phô. Quán lùi vào một hai con đường so với những trục sầm uất hơn của khu phố, và sự yên tĩnh đó là một phần không thể tách rời của những gì không gian này mang lại. Khách hàng phần lớn là những người đến có chủ đích: người tìm một loại hạt cụ thể, người quay lại để so sánh, hoặc đơn giản là người cần một chỗ không đòi hỏi gì ở họ.
Mỗi ly từ quầy filter đều có vị khác biệt rõ ràng so với ly trước — một nhận xét xuất hiện tự nhiên trong hàng chục đánh giá, cho thấy việc thay đổi lô hạt là thật, không phải một hương vị nhà cố định. Bánh sourdough cardamom là món ăn được nhắc đến nhiều nhất, một sự kết hợp đứng vững trước dải hương thơm của các dòng rang nhẹ đang phục vụ. Giá cao hơn mặt bằng chung của Thao Dien — điều này được khách thừa nhận mà không phàn nàn, một khi đã trải qua cả quy trình. Nhân viên — tên họ xuất hiện trong các đánh giá vì người ta nhớ — chia sẻ kiến thức mà không có chút thái độ bề trên, điều này hiếm hơn mức đáng có.
It was a really pleasant experience, the staff walked us through the concept and bean selection and advised us how to order. The information was extremely fascinating and the accompanying experience is also nice. We felt very well taken cared of, and I enjoyed my pick. Thank you to the nice staff for their guide! However it’s definitely not a cheap visit but definitely worth trying once!
I was recommended to visit this location by Duy after going to their store in D1, and I’m so glad he did. It has a completely different vibe, but their knowledge and dedication to the craft are the same. If you’re looking for a place to sit, wind down, and just be, this is such a lovely spot. The store feels homely, the layout and interior is so beautiful and intentional.
Had such a lovely experience here. A quiet haven for true Arabica lovers, devoted to coffee in its purest form, thoughtfully selected beans, careful brewing, and no unnecessary distractions. What also stood out was the warmth of the team: genuinely friendly, attentive, and generous with their knowledge, all without a hint of pretension. You can feel the founder’s passion in every detail, from the menu to the atmosphere. It’s rare to see such commitment to a truly niche specialty coffee space, and it shows. What an experience! The coffee shop is aesthetically pleasing yet the coffee here is surprisingly good! But the most interesting part was how they served you, they gave you an outstanding presentation about their beans. Very happy to be here and can’t wait to be back

Dung is the one that served our coffee today. She took the time to explain the origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods in a way that felt welcoming. The service was friendly and genuine, making the entire experience relaxed and enjoyable. You can tell they truly care about coffee and about sharing that passion with their customers.
