Với 765 đánh giá trên Google và điểm 4,4, nhà hàng đã xây dựng được uy tín bền vững trong lòng cư dân khu phố — kiểu quán đông khách vào giờ cơm trưa, buổi tối cũng có khách đều đặn nhưng không bao giờ rơi vào cảnh ồn ào hỗn loạn.
Thao Dien không thiếu những lựa chọn ẩm thực Nhật Bản, nhưng địa chỉ trong hẻm của Dotori đặt nó cách xa một chút so với những con phố đông đúc và ồn ào hơn. Không gian trong hẻm lọc đi lượng khách qua đường ngẫu nhiên — người ta đến vì đã từng ghé qua, hoặc vì có ai đó mách địa chỉ trực tiếp. Giờ đóng cửa lúc 9 giờ tối cho thấy một bếp ăn tập trung vào chất lượng phục vụ trong khung giờ cố định hơn là chạy theo số lượng khách đêm khuya.
Với người nước ngoài và cư dân lâu năm đang tìm kiếm ẩm thực Nhật Bản đáng tin cậy bên ngoài những nhà hàng cao cấp ở trung tâm thành phố, khu vực này của Quận 2 là một lựa chọn thay thế không cần phải vượt cầu mới tới. Điểm đánh giá duy trì ổn định qua một lượng lớn review cho thấy bếp ăn đủ nhất quán để khách quay lại thường xuyên, thay vì chỉ ghé một lần vì tò mò.
Nhà hàng thu hút cả khách quen trong khu phố lẫn những người đang lưu trú trên các con đường dân cư xung quanh. Không có sự nổi bật của một vị trí mặt tiền đường lớn, Dotori Dining gây dựng chỗ đứng của mình nhờ sự lặp lại chứ không phải nhờ phô trương — tín hiệu rõ ràng nhất là lượng đánh giá vẫn không ngừng tăng đều đặn.
The food here is extremely good. Even though we didn’t have a reservation, the waitress offered us a seat on the condition that we finish our meal within 45 minutes. The portions are large enough to share; we ordered two main dishes and one appetizer, and none disappointed. The atmosphere is very cozy; the only downside is that they don’t allow flash photography.
its a japanese fushion restaurant that was opened by korean masterchef. as you may know already, the star of their menu is the egg benedict pasta. which i really enjoyed. tasted really good, but can be greasy after several bites. hence they provided some fresh pickles! the restaurant is located in an array of restaurants and cafes. cool place.
Japanese restaurant in d2 of Saigon. Apparently the owner was on masterchef and liked Saigon so much he opened a restaurant here. I got the specialty dish called maze noodles. The dish is basically spaghetti with meat sauce that's smothered with chopped green onions and an egg yolk. The flavor profile mixes well. I wish I had more company to eat here as the portions are big and I didnt have room for other entrees that looked appealing. Oh well, next time I suppose.
OMG, this restaurant is amazing! The food was absolutely delicious and the flavors were spot on for my taste. Every dish was seasoned perfectly, and you could really tell they use fresh ingredients. On top of that, the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The space is also beautiful, spacious, and very airy, which made the meal even more enjoyable. I honestly loved every single bite and didn't want the meal to end. Definitely one of my new favorite spots!
The food here was so much better than I expected, the dishes were packed with flavor. The order was served unexpectedly fast as well. I highly recommend Maze Pasta, it was phenomenal. I visited the restaurant during their birthday week and even got a free chocolate cake, which was surprisingly delicious too. The space is on the smaller side, but it has a cozy, minimalist Japanese vibe that is perfect for a date. My only downside is that they use a shared restroom, so you have to walk through a few other stores to get to it. Still a lovely place overall.
