Nằm bên trong trung tâm thương mại Estella Place trên đường Song Hành, chi nhánh này liên tục thu hút gia đình, người nước ngoài và khách quen — những người đặt bàn trước cả mấy ngày. Khách vãng lai vẫn có thể ghé, nhưng những bàn trong phòng gần bếp mở thường kín chỗ trước và không phải ngẫu nhiên. Ngồi ở đó nhìn đầu bếp làm việc là một phần nhịp điệu tự nhiên của bữa ăn tại đây, còn không gian nội thất gỗ nâu ấm áp đủ sức hóa giải cái bối cảnh trung tâm thương mại, khiến cả phòng mang cảm giác có chủ đích hơn là bình thường.
Thực đơn được xây dựng quanh định dạng half-half, cho phép cả bàn thử hai phong cách khác nhau trên cùng một chiếc pizza. Cặp đôi 5-cheese và Soy Garlic Beef là lựa chọn mà khách quen gọi nhiều nhất. Ngoài pizza, crab pasta và súp nấm cũng đã tạo dựng được lượng khách trung thành riêng — nhiều người quay lại đặc biệt vì hai món này. Spaghetti cũng thường xuyên được nhắc đến. Nguyên liệu được thu mua từ nguồn địa phương khi có thể, và bếp đặt sự nghiêm túc vào việc lựa chọn đó đến mức cảm nhận được rõ qua thành phẩm.
Dịch vụ là điểm tạo nên sự khác biệt của chi nhánh này so với các quán pizza tương đương trong khu vực. Nhân viên được ghi nhận là giữ bình tĩnh trong những tối đông khách và chủ động có những cử chỉ bù đắp khi sự cố xảy ra — một món tráng miệng miễn phí cho bàn chờ quá giờ đặt, những bất ngờ nhỏ dành cho khách đến nhân dịp như Ngày Quốc tế Phụ nữ. Sự chu đáo đó còn thể hiện ở cả nhân viên mới, những người được đào tạo theo cùng một tiêu chuẩn.
Khu vực sân thượng ngoài trời và các bàn hướng ra trung tâm thương mại có thể khá ồn, đặc biệt vào buổi trưa và cuối tuần. Ai muốn không gian yên tĩnh hơn nên đặt bàn trong phòng. Pizza 4P's Estella là một trong những nhà hàng có số lượng đánh giá cao nhất ở Thao Dien — con số được xây dựng từ sự nhất quán qua khối lượng phục vụ lớn, chứ không phải từ một khoảnh khắc đặc biệt nào.
The food is neat, the service is dedicated and thoughtful. The service is very good. Luxurious space, cozy brown wood style. The food is prepared methodically. In terms of original flavor, it is not very suitable for the taste. I like spaghetti the most. My favorite is mushroom pizza.
the service at 4P’s is always impeccable but moreso here at estella! we waited an extra 5mins for an inside table despite reserving ahead (which is nothing at all honestly) and was offered a complimentary dessert as an apology. the food was delicious - i recommend the mushroom soup! - and so worth a try if you’re in the area.
We did everything by the book. Reserved inside. Arrived at 5:00 pm sharp; the hour one chooses when one intends to eat what one actually likes. Naturally, we were seated outside, beside what can only be described as music practice rooms for people who have never met silence. Availability, apparently, is a suggestion, not a commitment. By 5pm — five, mind you — most of the favorites were already gone. Not sold out in a heroic, end-of-night way. Gone in a “we’ve decided abundance is optional” kind of way. So we under-ordered, over-compromised, and left hungry; which is an impressive achievement for a pizza restaurant. Now, credit where it’s due: the staff were excellent. Polite, attentive, visibly aware that reality had failed us. They offered a 20% discount, which was classy, appreciated, and frankly the only thing preventing this from becoming a full Greek tragedy. But let’s be honest, a discount doesn’t replace dinner, and reliability is the entire point of a chain. If I wanted uncertainty, I’d invest in stocks. Conclusion: pleasant people, decent food, questionable promises. Never trust a chain; especially when it promises you inside, early, and available.
we didn’t have a reservation but still managed to get a table. the food was incredible, especially the crab pasta. our server, Kim Long, was so kind and helpful! he truly made the experience even better!
A lot branches across HCM. Good place with a lot of pizza & other food choices in the menu. Making reservation in advance is a must to ensure you have a comfortable table. Recommended to have a table indoor near the open kitchen to see the chefs working. While there were still a lot of available tables in the outdoor & the mall area, it can get quite noisy at times. A must to have is the half half pizza. The recommended one is the 5 cheese pizza and Soy Garlic Beef.
