Roast & Smoke Thao Dien is a cozy coffee spot with excellent brews and a relaxed vibe. It's perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done.
One of my all time favourites! I'm based in Da Nang but I always come here every time I'm in Saigon. Delicious smoked meats, friendly staff, great craft beers and wines. The owner, Trung is often around and an absolute A+ guy. He has a few exceptionally well trained pets who are very friendly as well! They make for good company if encouraged :) Highly recommended.
Roast & Smoke Thảo Điền is a cozy spot with great vibes and even better food. I tried the beef brisket, pasta, burrata, and mac and cheese – everything was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and super satisfying. The brisket was tender and smoky, the pasta comforting, the burrata fresh and creamy, and even the mac and cheese felt like a proper dish, not just a side. Service was friendly, the ambiance is warm and relaxed, and it’s definitely a place I’d come back to. Highly recommended.

Beautiful food, great ambiance. They have good food and great beer. Among all the things my favourite is Leo and Luka, they're adorable. Would really visit again for the food and for Leo n Luka.
The roasted meat was super tasty—juicy on the inside with a nice crispy edge. Really well-seasoned, not too salty, just right. The pizza was solid too: thin crust, crispy bottom, and plenty of cheese. The pepperoni was the star though—spicy, a little crispy on the edges, and full of flavor. Definitely a satisfying meal if you’re craving something hearty and comforting.
