I think I've just had the best lamb and fish dishes in my life here. The food is incredible. I got to talk to the chefs and they definitely poured their heart into the work they did with this restaurant. The staffs are very nice too, professional and friendly. Absolutely recommend!

Had a lovely dining experience at in Ho Chi Minh City. The ambiance is honestly one of the restaurant’s strongest points — elegant, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, making it perfect for a relaxed dinner or date night. The staff were attentive and welcoming throughout the evening, which added positively to the overall experience. The food quality was definitely good, with creative presentation and refined flavors that reflect the restaurant’s contemporary European-Vietnamese concept. That said, portions and overall value felt slightly overpriced for what was served. While everything was enjoyable, I expected just a little more at this price point. Overall, still a very pleasant and stylish dining spot worth trying for the atmosphere alone.

My first visit to NUC Kitchen & Bar was at a friend’s invitation, where we shared 8 dishes. The menu alone wouldn’t have convinced me to choose this restaurant. That said, it doesn’t affect my assessment of the food or the service. The service was attentive, and when the chef himself came to greet us, he clearly answered even our more detailed questions about the ingredients and preparation. The gnocchi was so memorable that a few days later I came back with my husband just to order it again, and it was just as delicious. Made with cassava instead of potato, it’s unlike anything else. Every dish we tried was perfectly seasoned, showcasing local ingredients in creative takes on familiar international flavors. Don’t forget to order their coffee; it’s made with exceptionally high quality beans. My husband is very particular about his coffee, and even he was impressed. They really go all out when it comes to quality. NUC Kitchen & Bar has become our go-to for impressing out-of-town guests.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

We went for the winter tasting menu and were pleasantly surprised by the flavours and freshness of the food/ingredients. Each dish came with a note, which is a nice touch. The head chef also introduced himself and explained his dishes a bit further. The cocktails had enticing names, and tasted lovely. Staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend Nuc. Looking forward to the next seasonal menus.

I’ve been to Núc twice, once for lunch and once for a dinner date, and what I really liked is how the space changes throughout the day. During the day, Núc feels calm and green, almost like a small garden in the city. The front courtyard is surrounded by trees, and when I visited for lunch, it was lightly raining. Watching the rain fall on the glass roof made the whole experience feel very relaxed. The lunch dishes were light, well balanced, and nicely presented, satisfying without feeling heavy. At night, the atmosphere becomes warmer and more intimate. Núc had just launched the The Winter Wish set menu along with a new drink menu. The flavors felt familiar and comforting, inspired by Asian cuisine, from fresh pomelo salad and rich Thai tom yum to delicately prepared northern snails and tender beef. I also tried Silent Snow, one of the new drinks. It is tea based, fragrant, light, and very refreshing, easy to enjoy at any time of day.
