Being a matcha enthusiast, I am very picky when it comes to matcha based beverages. There have been not authentic Japanese coffee shops and I have not found a place that offers the same taste I once had in Japan. But I found it now! I ordered Hojicha (a differently processed type compared to Matcha) and it tasted just perfect with a bit brown sugar (黒蜜) added. Feeling nostalgic already 😭 The price might seem a bit high to the locals but it is worth it I believe. This place is quite small but a cozy one, an ideal place for weekend's getaway with your loved ones. Highly recommended!
