Probably the wrong time for any atmosphere as I went at 430pm but the food is really good and tasty. I had the nasi lemak and chicken wings and it was really good, also had hokkien mee which was very tasty. On the side I ordered some otak which was also very good. I will be back.
A cozy place with a menu that offers a whole wide varieties of Malaysian cuisine. The more you flip the pages, the more dishes you want to try. For this occasion, I ordered the yong tau foo (only available on weekends) and the curry puffs. The yong tau foo is even better than the ones I had in Singapore in my opinion. The soup is much thicker with luscious umami taste. The curry puff is a let-down, though. The filling is just too runny and the overall taste is lacking. The price is reasonable. Everything in the photos for under 200k.

I've tried several Malaysian-cuisine restaurants in HCM and this is by far the best taste. It took me back to Melaka. The owner and staff are friendly and shared a bit of their story with us. I'm excited to come back for kuih-muih on the weekend as well. The in-person experience was worth it more than simply ordering via Grab, but if you're only looking for the taste, I suggest you order now 😍
