One feature I like is that you can watch the chefs prepare your dishes while you dine, which makes the experience more enjoyable. It also feels more private than the regular restaurant. The food is good , and the staff are friendly.Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re looking for a premium Japanese restaurant.
Yen remains one of those places I can always rely on for quality Japanese food. The sushi is fresh, the wagyu dishes are well-executed, and the overall standard is consistently strong. The private rooms make it especially suitable for hosting or more discreet, business-oriented meals.
Had an amazing omakase experience today at Yên Sushi Premium. The omakase menu was truly delightful - every dish was crafted with care, and the sushi was absolutely exceptional. I was especially impressed by the crispy fried snakehead fish bones, such a unique and tasty highlight. The portions were just right - not too much, not too little - leaving us perfectly satisfied. The staff were incredibly attentive and took great care of our group of 12, making sure everything ran smoothly. Plus, the restaurant’s setting is beautiful, which made the whole experience even better. We were very happy with everything and will definitely be coming back!
Really low profile Japanese restaurant hidden at the end of Thao Dien. The entrance to the restaurant has Japanese theme garden and pond. Many private rooms available but need to make advance booking. The food presentation are perfect. Generous cut of sashimi… even let us sample this harring roe. The staff are very attentive.
The counter seats are perfect if you wanna feel a bit fancy without trying too hard because the chef basically does all the work to impress
