Is this truly the culture that Scoopy promotes—allowing employees to laugh, joke, and make inappropriate remarks in front of customers while another staff member is actively serving them? What was even more disturbing was the behavior of a female employee named QUỲNH NHƯ, who appeared to be speaking negatively about customers. Such conduct is highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable in any customer service environment. I am a long-time Scoopy customer and a Diamond Spoon member. I have visited both the Thảo Điền and Nguyễn Trãi branches many times and have always enjoyed my experiences there. Unfortunately, this recent visit has completely changed my perception of the brand. I am extremely disappointed that this kind of behavior is tolerated. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, not become the subject of mockery or negative comments by staff members. I expect management to conduct a serious investigation and take firm action regarding this incident. Failure to address such behavior would suggest that Scoopy accepts and condones this level of unprofessionalism. As a loyal customer, it is disappointing to even consider this, but if this matter is not handled appropriately, I will have no choice but to stop supporting Scoopy and take my business elsewhere. After this experience, it would be difficult for me to return with confidence.

ice cream with a twist! i mean.. with some alcohol! the alcohol flavours arent very strong but in most cases it gives off enough flavour to hint the alcoholic beverage that its representing this spot is pretty cute. fun interior styling. and a good few seating spots for small groups that being said it, tables get taken pretty quickly too! plenty of different flavours too!

I’ve been to Scoopy for YEARS, and the staff have always been super nice. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing because of a new staff member named An. My girlfriend and I moved up in line after the couple ahead of us started paying, and suddenly An snapped at us with an angry face and raised voice: “HAI ANH CHỊ NÀY TỚI TRƯỚC, CHỜ LÂU RỒI , MÌNH CHỜ ĐƯỢC KHÔNG?” We had no idea who she was referring to because the people she mentioned weren’t even standing in line, and the place wasn’t crowded. It felt unfair and unnecessarily harsh. To be fair, other staff handled the situation well. Viet was very kind, observant, and immediately helped resolve it. Another lady even offered a refund, which we appreciated, though the real issue was the lack of acknowledgment from An. There was no apology or explanation from her. I’ve supported Scoopy for a long time and the flavors are always solid, but the service has started to slip. What made things worse was how the team seemed to protect An instead of addressing the situation. When I asked for Viet’s name so I could commend him, one male staff with glasses ignored me and another lady only reluctantly told me. If there was nothing wrong, why hide it? I was respectful the entire time. I still enjoy Scoopy but this incident left a stain on the experience. Customers come not just for the ice cream but for the service, and one staff member’s attitude can undo the great work of the rest of the team. Even if she is new, that is not an excuse, if anything, new staff should be extra mindful of professionalism and courtesy. Instead, she was unnecessarily aggressive and rude, which made my girlfriend very uncomfortable. After the incident she didn’t acknowledge us at all and then disappeared from the store entirely. If she continues to represent Scoopy, I will not be coming back.

This is not an artisanal ice cream shop, this is industrial ice cream. I had a pretty bad experience here. Their ice cream uses industrial sugar and artificial fruit jams, which are not good for health. The texture of the ice cream is not smooth; some flavors are overly sweet, while others are very bitter, and some even smell like spoiled fruit. The price $65 per scoop is extremely high for Vietnam. The owner seems more interested in making money at the expense of locals’ health, and the ingredients used are of very poor quality. The decoration is also terrible.

One of the best ice cream shop in the town with the signature that they have liquor in ice cream. You should try if you want to escape the ordinary day with a delicious and strong ice cream. One strong plus point is that the staffs are super nice.
