I’ve been here many times and it’s usually good, but this visit was honestly frustrating. We were standing there waiting to order for at least five minutes, and the staff took orders from not just one, but two groups of customers who came after us. No one acknowledged us or asked who was next. We weren’t sure if the system had changed (like paying first), since that wasn’t how it worked before, but there was zero communication. When we finally went to the cashier as suggested, instead of taking our order, the cashier started giving samples to another group behind us. At that point, it was just annoying. There didn’t seem to be any clear order or system, and the staff looked visibly bored and disengaged. It really felt like customers were just being ignored. Disappointing experience this time.

The flavor was very bland, almost nonexistent. Two scoops cost 145k, so it wasn't that cheap. I'm very disappointed and think a regular 7-Eleven ice cream for a fraction of the price would have been better. I'm still giving it three stars for the store's architecture.

Great ice cream with a wide variety of flavors, and you can sample before ordering, which is a big plus. The cones are really good, crispy and go well with the ice cream. They also offer some interesting flavors, such as truffle and soursop. This is one of the best ice cream shops I’ve tried so far and definitely one of my favorites. The price is a bit on the higher side, but the quality makes it worth it. There is outdoor seating available, but it can get quite hot during the daytime. The only downside is that the space is quite small. Ice cream boxes and Grab delivery are available as an option for enjoying at home. I’ll definitely come back to try more flavors.

Came here after dinner and decided to stop by this cute little gelato shop. Everything is made in house. I was actually sticker shocked on the price of 2 scoops that was 150k. My friend told me it was due to the fact that the cream to make the gelato has to be imported.

The biscuit gelato here is the best I’ve ever tasted. Lotus Biscoff has been all the rage recently, and while I’ve tried countless versions of it, this was my first time having it as gelato. The flavour was fragrant, just the right amount of sweetness, and beautifully balanced. The space itself is lovely too, with its warm pastel tones. Seating is a little limited, but that felt true to the gelaterias I’ve visited in Italy, where most people simply grab a cone and enjoy it while strolling through the streets. I’d love to see this style of gelateria spread more widely in Vietnam. The staff were quick, friendly and very attentive. I was also pleasantly surprised to be able to sample every flavour in the cabinet, rather than being restricted to just a handful like elsewhere. A delightful experience all round - highly recommend!
