Mầm Coffee nằm trong một khuôn viên trên đường Thảo Điền, nơi những khóm tre, dây leo và cây cối nhiệt đới um tùm tạo nên không gian nửa trong nửa ngoài khiến nhiều khách quen liên tưởng đến một ngôi làng Việt hay buổi chiều mát lành ở Đà Lạt — một sắc thái khác hẳn so với những quán cà phê tối giản, đô thị vốn chiếm phần lớn diện mạo của khu Thao Dien.
Thực đơn đồ uống thiên về đá xay và trà hơn là cà phê pha chế. Đá xay cà phê dừa, matcha, cacao và mint cookie là những lựa chọn chủ lực; danh sách trà lại đa dạng bất thường so với mặt bằng trong khu, từ trà nhài đường thốt nốt arenga pinnata (một loại đường chiết xuất từ cây cọ), trà oolong ổi hồng, dâu tằm, vải, đến atiso đỏ. Nước ép trái cây tươi — dưa hấu, cà rốt, chanh dây và ổi ớt — phục vụ cỡ vừa và lớn, cho thấy đây là nơi khách hay ngồi lâu. Một số ngày quán có buffet trưa với các món Việt đơn giản, đảm nhận vai trò kép mà ít đối thủ trong khu có thể làm được.
Giá cả nhìn chung thấp hơn mặt bằng Thao Dien, và việc sử dụng ly giấy, ống hút giấy có vẻ là chủ ý chứ không phải ngẫu nhiên. Great drinks and very popular place with lots of people taking pictures
A perfect place to relax and have a coffee. It had a nature vibe, but it's a bit far from the city. Overall, the staff and ambiance are superb. Even the drinks and snacks we ordered had an excellent taste.
A compound are with Fresh atmosphere in City & many restaurants for food and drink. Early morning 7.30-9am & evening 4-6pm are great time to enjoy with family/friends
This place actually awesome! Decoration are simple, but still beautiful. This place are very chill there are a lot of plants. It’s bring me back to Da Lat, in a rainy time it’s bring up it chillness. The price here are kinda cheap, but the drinks here are just delicious. Very worth to visit! They used paper cups and straw good for the environment. !!! Lifetime experiment !!!
