Kebab 88 - Fast food restaurant in Thao Dien, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City

As french guy, I can tell that If you are craving for real authentic Kebab as you have in France this is the real deal. Know this place for a long time and the flavors are top. Meat well seasoned as well. You can have a large range of sauce choice included the irreplaceable samourai one I recommend. I ve put 4 stars only because I think the portion has reduced a bit comparing to a few years before, so it makes it to my opinion a bit expensive. But still a reference in Saigon for Kebab.

Home delivery review. Right up there with the worst restaurants in Vietnam. Just a complete disaster, cheap and nasty ingredients. Food was disgusting, I don't know what the falafel was supposed to be but burnt, bitter, and stale tasting items aren't what I ordered. The tabbouleh had a quarter of the cheap and nasty salad items that were included in the kebab plate. If you're charging me for tabbouleh, I expect a whole portion of tabbouleh... not for you to pad it out. Cheap and nasty frozen chips, horrible chicken kebab meat that was tough and tasted old. Everything just tasted horrible, and almost all of it went straight into the bin. Portion size was also extremely small for the price. Not only would I not recommend this place, I would actively encourage you to never even consider ordering from here. Absolutely horrible. A disaster.

Had craving for Turkish food and came across this shop on Google map. Ordered chicken panini set, which comes with sweet potato fries (choice of side - fries, sweet potato fries, salad or coleslaw) and drink. Total VND 260k Chicken Panini - very nice, hearty, gave sufficient meats and vegetables. Sweet Potato Fries - wish they cut it in smaller pieces, it will be easier to eat. Little bit hard on texture compared to what I usually had, maybe slightly over fried. Casual dining place. You can try many different food here. Recommended to check out the location.

Delicious food and great service! Lovely staff; we even got an extra portion of fries! The atmosphere is really vivid. Can recommend to get a combo; consists of a kebab, drink and (sweet potato) fries (~250k dong). The kebab shop is located in some sort of a hall, where lots of local food shops are clustered. so there are lots of variety of food you could enjoy with your friends. :)

My favorite place to order a kebab in Saigon. I’ve tried the wrap, triangle, and Le Banner versions so far. The wrap and triangle appear to be identical versions except for the bread. The Le Banner is a sub style sandwich that although it was very good, I am more partial to the wrap and the triangle versions which are both perfect 10/10s to me. I’ve probably ordered from here 10 times and it’s always delicious. I have always chosen the Tzatziki and Harissa sauces to be added. I would like to try other sauces but it’s hard for me to not get that sauce combo so far 😅 Not to be overshadowed by the best kebab in Saigon but the hand-cut homemade fries here are also delicious. The fries are thick style fries so if those are not your style you should get their allumette-cut fries.
