Nước dùng tonkotsu là điểm tựa của mọi tô ramen — đặc, béo ngậy, và theo lời những thực khách quen, đậm đà đều đặn từ tô này sang tô khác. Thịt chashu mềm tan, và các gia vị để bàn cũng đáng để ý: giá đỗ trộn dầu mè thấm đều vào nước dùng một cách tự nhiên thay vì nằm tách riêng.

Gà chiên nhận phản hồi không đồng đều; gyoza và cơm chiên thể hiện tốt hơn khi dùng kèm. Không gian và nhịp độ ở đây khiến việc ăn một mình thực sự thoải mái — ghế bar rất hợp, và tốc độ của bếp đảm bảo không ai phải ngồi lâu trước tô đã vơi.
Ordered a hard noodles, but turned out it’s soft .. when I review to the staff she said because I was going to the toilet when the bowl came out so it softened the noodles already. But in fact I just went to wash my hand and came back :) Not a great answer:) Anw, the food was pretty good, a 8.5/10 to me. Recommend reservations before you come

Visit there with my colleague as no choice for dinner on that dat but so hungry 🥲 This restaurant is very small and cozy. There is 2-3 table and bar. On that day, no table available then we sit at bar so I deduct 1 start as it’s very small and just my bias so if you’re not concerns about this point then you can ignore. They mainly serve with ramen and options is quite limit - around 5-8 ramen menu but I think it’s good to them to manage the quality and cost of operations. I order a spicy ramen by adding egg and gyoza. Ramen soup is salty for me but in the level that I still can eat and gyoza is very small but may be it’s relate with the price. Anyway, if they made a bigger gyoza and come with 2 pieces, it may support a felling when eat it … so I deduct the food score from this 2 points. I’m not sure if staff can speak English as my friend communicate with them to order then U don’t have a compliment for staff.
Good place, nice food, great service. Choose less salty will be suitable for Vietnamese taste. Reserve table or come early if you dont wanna be in long line
Great ramen place with so many different options. We wanted to try everything lol! 🙂↕️ With each ramen we can customise different things like the noodle tenderness and spice level, so it’s super specific to each person’s taste. There’s champong if you’re not in the mood for ramen, and it’s also very good! 👍 You should also explore all the additions on the table, like the bean sprouts which had sesame oil and goes great with the ramen. 🍜 The sides are amazing, we got pan-seared dumplings which were both crispy and chewy, so good. ❤️🔥🥟🥟🥟❤️🔥 The staff is super nice and we got great service. There’s tables for bigger groups upstairs or if you’re alone there’s counter seats at the ground floor. Parking is slightly limited but the security staff is very nice and will help you with the bike. Overall, super great option for a ramen craving 🔥
