Shinsho Ramen – Thảo Điền District 2 (Thảo Điền) has seen quite a few good ramen shops open recently. Shinsho is located in a high-end neighborhood, so the prices are on the higher side. The excellent location, spacious and roomy shop, and great ramen more than justify the cost. Parking can be a bit tricky if you’re coming by motorcycle. It’s easier by car, as there is plenty of street parking and paid parking available nearby,this area is packed with restaurants and coffee shops.
What a find! We tried their tonkotsu shoyu, tonkotsu truffle and carbonara ramen. The broth was rich and comforting. Menma & ajitama were delicious. Silky yolks and well seasoned. The carbonara was unlike what i had in mind, rich & creamy, with a savory sauce and chili on the side. Highly recommend!
