Bar Rơm - Restaurant in Thao Dien, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City

A lovely new spot to check out in Thao Dien. The ambience is warm and cozy, with a chill outdoor area, open kitchen. Service is sweet and attentive. Must try shrimp crackers, eggplant, mussels, so yummmmmy. The hand-drawn sign with guests’ names instead of the usual “Reserved” is such a cute little detail. A heads-up w you guys, the way up can be a little tricky to find, so follow the directions carefully, just make sure you don’t get lost like I did. 😭

Loved the vibe, the food, and the drinks. Everything I tried was well made, and the staff were friendly. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend trying the brussel sprouts, crispy cheese fries, lamb and three sâm cocktail 😌

A nice bar to visit when in hunger & alone. I enjoy the service here, they do personalized little things that makes me feel taken care of. Food & drinks wise, I'd recommend anything in the photo (Grape escape cocktail, aubergine, mussels, some kinda fish?). Anyway, saw that they have special services for birthday (shots), would come back on my birthday.

Had a really good time at Barrom, great food, cocktails and wine so good 🫶, cozy atmosphere, and friendly people, Will definitely be back.

Vibe-y spot in soft opening now by the same chef as Yeshi. Great menu, so many different options. Favs were the lamb (that sauce!!), the cheese fries, the wagyu and the prawn crackers with coppa. We were 6, so since they are small plates, have to order a lot. Also amazing drinks, loved the Grape Escape cocktail we got and we also got local plum wine liquor. You get a bottle to share for the table, very nice. Amazing interior, we got the round table in the corner which has the best view. Love the open kitchen. Love the nice staff. There’s a terrace outside with a nice view. Definitely recommend!!! Be kind to them as they are still in soft opening and fixing things along the way, definitely try soon
