If you want a fantastic voyage to fine dining, it starts right here! From the moment you step out of the car you are treated like royalty. Next your culinary experience begins. A menu created just for us. Every single dish is explained in detail and the sommelier is there to match every dish with the best wine befitting every course. Just when you think you've tasted everything you retire to a different level for petit fours complimented with tea, coffee or desert wine. What a delight it was. The food was amazing; beautiful and DELICIOUS. Take a look at the photos!! We had Sardines from Italy, lamb from Spain/France, fish from Japan, and even some local specialty squid from Vietnam. But my wife’s favourite would be the Madelines and Appetizers. I was told that the menu is seasonal, and it changes frequently to ensure the best quality of ingredients. (Don’t quote me if you guys didn’t get the same food as us!!) I’m convinced that Voyage is making an impact; food scene in Saigon is more vibrant now with the addition of Voyage. The beautiful restaurant and the tasteful and premium food ingredients; but more so the amazing passionate team that brought everything together. Shout out to Chef Jonathan and Chef Ethan for hosting our 2nd anniversary with Voyage. Special mention to Mr Phuoc Tuan, and Zen as well for the dining experience. My wife and I recently visited VOYAGE to celebrate a special occasion. I am very impressed with the incredible food. We truly enjoyed the intimate setting. Great for couples! The restaurant's location in a beautiful French villa is stunning and stepping through the doors felt as though we were transported into an entirely different world. I especially love the following dishes: The Prawn with Nori is super fresh. The Bafun Uni on Seaweed Brioche is pure luxury. The Salmon Croustillant has the perfect crunch. The Kegani Crab Chawamushi is incredibly silky.  Hanwoo 1+++ is the highest official grading. It is extremely difficult to get outside of Korea. Therefore, I felt so lucky to try the Hanwoo Ribeye which literally melts in your mouth. My favourite dish for the night for sure! The desserts were unique. Though I do not have a sweet tooth but the super refreshing Shiso Sorbet is amazing which help to clear the palate, followed by a sweet Mango Amazake 'tart' which is exquisite. The Madeleines were divine and as good as those I had in France.

Had an absolutely stunning experience at Voyage when we were in Vietnam recently. You can just sense you are in for something special as you approach the building itself and once you are inside it does not disappoint. The welcome at the door, the decor, the open kitchen on the ground floor, the rooftop bar with amazing views - you can't ask for much more. The service from the moment we walked in and for the entire night was 1st class. Chef Jon and his fantastic team made us a special surprise menu which we felt would be best to leave as a secret for the table for the whole night and went on a 12-course journey of vibrant flavours and spot on textures with perfectly matched wines throughout the night. It's always a pleasure to be part of a culinary journey where each course is just as good or better than the last and as Chef Jon puts it: Voyage conveys what a thoughtful dish truly is. I've added pictures of all the food, wine and the menu if I talked about all of it, this review would be 10 pages long :) So have a look, set your eyeballs and tastebuds to defcon 5 and join the journey that we went on. I went for celebratory dinner at VOYAGE Restaurant which completely blew me away! It is, without a doubt, one of the most exquisite fine dining experiences I’ve had in the region. This spot is absolute heaven for a serious foodie. It is the ultimate place for a milestone celebration or to completely stun corporate clients with a meal they will talk about. Had the pleasure of meeting Chef Jonathan & Chef Ethan who has built something truly magical here, blending rigorous French culinary discipline with vibrant, delicate Asian accents in a way that feels utterly unique rather than gimmicky.
