Ốc Diễm - Family restaurant in Thao Dien, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City

Một quán Ốc "cóc" Ngon hiếm hoi toạ lạc tại 1 con hẻm nhỏ bình yên khu Thảo Điền quận 2, ốc to tươi ngon. Khách order tới đâu thì mới chế biến tới đó. Ko bị công nghiệp. Không gian ngồi ngoài trời thoáng đãng sạch sẽ yên tĩnh. Đặc biệt là "có chỗ đậu xe hơi" Signature của Quán là Tôm càng nướng. Tôm to tươi ngon. Quán nướng vừa tới ko bị teo khô. Đang đi chơi ở khu vực Q2 mà thèm ốc sảng thì có thể nói đây là 1 điểm dừng chân lý tưởng "Quán nghỉ cố định chủ nhật" nhe mn.

Simple and good seafood here. My only wish is that the oysters were a bit smaller. They were tasty but I personally prefer smaller ones that are sweeter and more delicate.

Ốc Diễm might look tiny and easy to miss, but it delivers some of the best seafood we’ve had in Vietnam. Don’t let the size fool you—this place knows exactly what it’s doing. Every dish we tried was incredibly fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly, which is honestly hard to find when it comes to seafood. The flavors were on point across the board, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared. Simple spot, amazing food. We’ll definitely be back for more.

The lovely lady who runs this very popular, under the radar, street food stall changes the dish daily. Always fresh and completely Vietnamese deliciousness. Mostly early mornings but some evenings where you have to fight for a space.

This is one of my biggest surprises. This is just a side street local eatery but the food, the service and the friendly dogs... making this an unforgettable place to have snails, shell, prawn and some other kind of seafood.
