Mô hình này lấp đầy đúng một khoảng trống trong nhu cầu của cộng đồng quan tâm đến sức khỏe ở Thao Dien: khách có thể gọi acai bowl hay smoothie xay ngay tại quầy, rồi tiện tay chọn thêm thực phẩm organic, nước ép ép lạnh và socola thủ công trước khi về nhà. Chức năng kép đó — vừa là điểm dừng giữa buổi, vừa là nơi mua sắm tạp hóa trong cùng một chuyến — khá hiếm gặp trong khu vực, khi phần lớn các địa chỉ chỉ tập trung làm tốt một trong hai. Điểm số 4.8 từ 647 lượt đánh giá trên Google đặt nơi này vào nhóm địa chỉ được xếp hạng cao nhất trong khu — dấu hiệu của chất lượng ổn định chứ không chỉ nhờ sức hút ban đầu. Cửa hàng mở cửa từ 7 giờ sáng mỗi ngày trong tuần, kịp đón những người dậy sớm và dân chạy bộ buổi sáng trước khi cả khu phố thức dậy, và đóng cửa lúc 9 giờ 30 tối — đủ muộn để phục vụ cả những chuyến mua sắm buổi tối. Danh mục sản phẩm nghiêng về thực phẩm nhập khẩu, superfood và các mặt hàng ít qua chế biến — đúng loại hàng hóa thu hút cả các gia đình expat lẫn những khách hàng địa phương theo đuổi lối sống wellness, ở tỉ lệ gần như ngang nhau. So với các cửa hàng tiện lợi thông thường ở Thao Dien, trọng tâm ở đây đặt rõ ràng vào chất lượng nguyên liệu và sự minh bạch, với quầy smoothie đóng vai trò như một màn trình diễn trực tiếp về những gì có trên kệ hàng.
Finally a place to find affordable natural healthy products. Vegan protein is made from real ingredients and is a great price! Amazing smoothie and açaí bowls, bulk seeds and nuts, get the pumpkin seeds. Mindful packaging, aluminum free deodorant. Mindful about plastic waste and very knowledge friendly staff!

Legumes is a great vegan friendly store. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The products at legumes are carefully selected and crafted. There are gluten free options as well. The deli shop is quick. Legumes has fresh baked goods as well. Perfect place for nutritious options
This is one of my favourite stores in Saigon. Everything is home-made, with quality simple ingredients at a good price point. It is perfect for vegans and anybody that is health conscious or wants to try Vietnamese classic snacks without all of the MSG and chemicals. You can also buy huge bags of nuts at really reasonable prices, again all natural without chemicals or additives. I couldn’t recommend this store enough to people looking for healthy natural food.
The good: wide variety of vegan-friendly products and ingredients that are hard to find elsewhere. Some are marked as organic. Good attitude, English speaking staff. The bad: I tried several dishes and products by now and everything was below average, some awful. The gelatos are ghastly, just tasteless and frozen watery mess (tried avocado and pistachio, the latter turned out to contain milk powder – why?) The oat bowls are served with understeeped instant oats (ugh!) that are guaranteed to cause stomach discomfort — for that price you can cook real oats for 5 minutes. The coconut bread was very bitter. The vegan nutella was so-so, full of oil that kept separating. A smoothie bowl was just ok at best. Even worse, the prices are atrocious even for this expensive neighborhood. Just go to Happy Tree or Nuts Valley nearby to get many of the products with better quality and at much lower prices. I might still return if I’m craving something specific, even though I know I’ll be disappointed.
