We had an absolutely stunning service by Chef An. Our order consisted of today’s sashimi and today’s nigiri. Starting with very well curated performance of the chef, we could observe how well the chef manipulates the freshest fish, all carefully packed and prepared for the service. We could see how fresh it was by the color, the texture. Personally I really appreciated how well all the food and fish is stored and kept. Well done to the team! Describing the food, it is surprising how the flavors open up in each piece of fish. The quality is very high and the flavors work very nicely together. It was definitely a very pleasant meal we had. What I could just add a bit is to make the temperature of the fish a bit lower, so it’s even tastier in the mouth and works perfectly with the rice. I would 100% recommend this restaurant for the environment, for the service of the team from welcome to goodbye, for the food of course and for the feeling of satisfaction you get here after eating. Thank you! We are very happy and satisfied. P.S. Tiramisu is a must try!
