Dropped by this Pho place for lunch. I would say it's just another average pho place. Nothing special about the broth flavor or the atmosphere. Especially compared to all the good pho in HCMC. If you're nearby, give it a try, otherwise, I would say don't go out of your way.
My first 1 star review. This has to be the worst Pho I have ever had. I don’t think they use any bone broth or very little bones to make the beef broth. It was almost like eating hot water mixed with fish sauce. Because all I smell was fish sauce in my broth. They also skim on the meats. They chopped up the meats in small pieces to give an illusion of lots of meats. I would had paid more to add more meats but the meat was not great neither. Very disappointing.
내돈내산 The food is okay but I wouldn’t come back because of the hygiene. The seasonings on the table and the vegetables were very dirty and dusty. The vegetables were bruised and not fresh.
A nice local spot for Vietnamese pho, great value just 40 to 60 K. Considering the price and that it’s in Thao dien this is quite good. I will say there’s nothing that stands out about the flavour of soup or meat but if you are ever craving for pho, this will do the job.
Nice family northern phở restaurant. Tried the phở bò tái 50k vnd, it was pretty good for the price and not too salty. Restaurant looks to be outdoor only. Service was fine, cleanliness at 10:30 am was decent. Overall recommend 4.5★
