the restaurant puts the water cups upside down on these little trays. but the trays are never cleaned. so the rim of the cups are always dirty. management needs to make a change. two options. clean the trays periodically, or serve the water after the guests sit down. no reason to have the cups on the trays in the first place.
Wanna try this for a while since the dish looks delish. It infact is. I order the chicken rice and it s so yum. A bit oily but overall my new fav place for comfort food.
