MISO COFFEE - Coffee shop in Thao Dien, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City

Currently my favourite place for tea and a bit of work. Very spacious and a choice of indoor or outdoors. Both with comfy seating. I have only tried one food item and it was much better than I expected.

I've come here a few times since it opened. Nice place to chill and have a coffee. Beautiful layout, good coffee, good service and good food when they have it. The only downside is they don't serve all their menu items on any predictable schedule. Most of the time I come, they don't have food available. Today, for example, they only had phở. It was a good bowl of phở though.

This is our second time coming here, first time was during the soft opening and was good. This time, I’m disappointed. I ordered a detox juice and the menu says choose 2 and mix, so I chose two… I said apple and pineapple together, the cashier ended up charging me for 2 separate drinks.. also I ordered an egg coffee, said iced. They gave me a hot one and doesn’t look appealing at all… when I brought up the mistake with the cashier, she said she already put in the order and asked if I want to take it to-go rather than try and fix the mistake and give me a refund… we won’t be coming back. For those wondering if there’s a language barrier, no I ordered in Vietnamese and speak fluently.

It’s really nice Vietnamese cafe. Delicious tea and cozy place.
