I visited the place alone on a hot midday. I first ordered a portion of spaghetti with minced beef, but it didn’t feel very filling so I ordered an additional steak. The steak was tender, though a bit mild for my taste. However, the staff were very polite and attentive, and the space was clean and comfortable.

I’ve been to many restaurants in this chain before, but this one truly stands out. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but what impressed me most was the excellent service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — they were attentive, friendly, and genuinely kind. Their warmth made the whole dining experience feel special. This location has definitely become my favorite, and I’ll be happy to come back again.
I tried Al Fresco quite a long time before but at a different branch, 1st time tried here in Xuan Thuy. The service I have to say is up to a new bar, very nice and felt very taken care of. Dishes are even better than i remember. First time ever tried Mexico Combo (quesadillas, tacos & tortilla chips), was pleasantly impressed because most tortillas chips i had at restaurants are not as good as i expected. The price is more on a pricey choice but it would be a decent family outing spot
