베트남에서 가장 높은 건물인 Landmark 81의 77층에 자리한 Ussina Aging Beef & Bar는 호치민시에서 가장 인상적인 다이닝 공간 중 하나다. 통창으로 펼쳐지는 사이공 스카이라인은 점심 때의 햇살 어린 도심 풍경에서 어둠이 내리면 반짝이는 야경으로 변모한다. 사전 예약은 필수에 가깝다. 당일 방문객 사이에서는 운 좋게 마지막 테이블을 잡았다는 후기가 종종 들려온다.
주방은 일본식 소고기 문화를 중심에 두고 있다. 숙성 부위와 와규 그릴이 핵심 메뉴이며, 이탈리아 색채가 물씬 풍기는 seafood spaghetti와 risotto도 메뉴에 이름을 올린다. gyoza와 카망베르 같은 스타터는 하나의 요리 전통에 얽매이지 않는 주방의 자신감을 드러낸다. 요리가 나올 때마다 직원들이 세심하게 설명을 곁들이며, 과하지 않으면서도 주의 깊은 서비스로 꾸준히 호평을 받는다. 이 균형이 저녁 식사를 단순한 끼니가 아닌 하나의 특별한 경험으로 만든다.
목요일 저녁에는 또 하나의 이유가 생긴다. 레이디스 나이트 프로모션으로 무료 칵테일(26만 VND 상당)이 제공되고 라이브 밴드 공연도 펼쳐져, 데이트나 소규모 모임의 장소로 더할 나위 없다. 음료를 포함한 풀코스 디너는 1인당 약 140만 VND라는 후기가 많으며, 층수와 음식 퀄리티, 서비스 수준을 감안하면 납득할 만한 가격이라는 평가다.
단골들이 솔직하게 전하는 한 가지: 인테리어에는 세월의 흔적이 역력하다. 바닥과 벽에 마모 흔적이 눈에 띄지만, 압도적인 전망이 이를 충분히 보상한다. 그래도 방문 전에 이 점을 감안해 두는 것이 좋다. 그 점을 제외하면, Ussina는 와규와 야경, 그리고 지상 77층에서 즐기는 가끔의 무료 칵테일을 위해 다시 찾는 단골들을 꾸준히 끌어모으고 있다.
Restaurant is located in 77th floor of Landmark, not so big area but the quality of food is pretty good. There are some Wagu barbecue options, seafood spaghetti and rissoto. Good service overall, especially for your special event. Prebooking is recommended.
We came for lunch and found the restaurant with nice ambience. Service is very attentive, foods are well served and the view itself is worthy of the cost. Highly recommended.

We had dinner at this Japanese restaurant located in the tallest building in Vietnam and were absolutely impressed. The view is simply phenomenal and already makes the visit a special experience on its own. The service is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and highly professional. Every dish is carefully explained, and you feel very well taken care of from the very first moment. In terms of taste, everything truly convinced us. We enjoyed several starters such as gyoza, camembert and a soup, followed by beef and pasta with duck. Every single dish was excellently prepared and consistently very, very delicious. A special thank you goes to Mr. Jaden, who took excellent care of us throughout the evening and made the visit even more enjoyable with his friendly manner. A restaurant we can definitely recommend.
Everything was amazing The food very good The service over than any expectations , the waiter who done photo for us is truly great , he made an atmosphere light and pleasant, I didn’t get the name , but really want to mention But Need to do redesign , because the place is super old , floors , walls and so on , like super old , I was pretty surprised 😁but in general experience amazing
