Well, I liked the dumplings, fried rice. But Ramen I chose was not so special to my taste, because I expected more. There were some order mistakes that they forgot to serve.

내부는 미니멀한 일본식 감성을 따른다. 깔끔한 선, 정돈된 좌석 배치, 불필요한 요소는 일절 없다. 영문 메뉴를 QR 코드로 주문할 수 있어 외국인 방문객의 불편함을 덜었다. 양은 상당히 넉넉해서 처음 방문하는 손님들은 대개 그 양을 과소평가하기 마련이다. 만두, 볶음밥 같은 사이드 메뉴는 입맛이 다양한 그룹에게도 충분한 선택지를 제공한다.
Xuân Thủy에 자리하며 매일 오전 11시부터 오후 11시 30분까지 운영하는 Ichibanken은 점심 피크 시간대부터 늦은 저녁 손님까지 폭넓게 아우른다. 이 정도 운영 시간을 갖춘 라멘 전문점은 이 지역에서 찾아보기 힘들다. 가게 앞에는 자전거 주차 공간도 마련되어 있다. 탄탄한 육수 기술, 면 굵기 맞춤 주문, 그리고 일관된 완성도의 조합이 일본 식당 퀄리티의 편차가 상당한 이 거리에서 Ichibanken을 단연 돋보이게 만든다.

Good Ramen but the Char Siu was too salty. Good service, you order with QR and the menu is in English. Space for bike parking outside
What a beautiful meal. Fresh hot food served with a smile. Every dish was served was well presented and looked like the image in the menu. Will be back again
Ordered the black garlic tonkatsu ramen and spicy miso. Amazing stuff!! Although it was not spicy at all, so spice enjoyers might want to request more spice. It was also incredibly filling, so don’t underestimate the portion sizes. Great stuff overall
Probably the best Ramen I've had in a long time, we got the regular Tonkstsu Special Ramen and the Garlic Tonkatsu Special Ramen. I absolutely loved the Garlic Ramen and I had every last drop of it. I particularly like that you can choose the firmness of the noodles. Service wasn't bad, but theres was only 1 server and the rest was kitchen staff so it took us a bit to get our order in. Overall, the food was excellent and if you're a Ramen lover, this is your place.
