The ajitama egg is perfectly seasoned, and the chashu is incredibly tender and full of flavor. 🍽️ Must-try dishes: Shoyu Tonkotsu with Ajitama and the Tonkotsu Tsukemen dipping ramen.
The truffle ramen was incredible. The broth was rich and creamy, with just the right amount of truffle aroma - not too strong, just enough to make every bite feel special. The noodles had that perfect chew, soaking up all the flavor. Every spoonful felt warm, comforting, and honestly unforgettable.
