Having been to several Machida Shoten in Japan, this brance is so out of place. The broth STINKS of pork, the noodles are inconsistent, and the place is not clean, I had to give up my bowl halfway. That explains why it's emptier than other ramen shops in Thao Dien.
Chain ramen spot from Japan that is a few blocks walk from the mrt line. Got the spicy miso ramen , with gyoza and soda combo and a small pork fried rice.
The broth is nicely thick and tasty. I used to get the Parmesan ramen all the time, but sadly they don’t make it anymore, and I haven’t found anywhere else in HCM that does. It’s still my favorite ramen spot, and they even have a chicken option if you don’t eat pork. But please bring back the Parmesan ramen 😔

Yeah, it was a good bowl of ramen I guess, but I didn't think it was all that either. Way too pricey to begin with.
