I asked for the smallest coffee size and show me the cups. (I am not a Starbucks regular). The lady at the counter showed me two sizes and I asked for the smaller size. However it turned out during payment that there was a smaller size available. The girl went like sorry, sorry. Seems they are taught to upsell at this place. Not cool…
I bought two adorable bears at another branch, but they didn't include straw hats with them, and I didn't even know that. When I came to this store and saw the bears that came with straw hats, I mentioned it to the clerk, and he immediately gave me two hats for free. Really appreciate
