One of the best Japanese dining experiences I’ve had.The food was excellent, and you can really see the chefs’ professionalism in every dish. The sashimi was sliced with incredible precision—beautifully presented, perfectly portioned, and showcasing great knife skills. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout the meal. The restaurant has an elegant, refined atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxed dinner or a special occasion. I’d definitely recommend Busshari Japanese Eatery to anyone looking for authentic Japanese cuisine. It’s absolutely worth a visit, and I’ll be coming back.

A cozy, not overly noisy atmosphere with a very enjoyable dining experience. The prices are reasonable and not too expensive. The fish dish I had was very fresh and tasted excellent. The presentation was neat and visually appealing. The staff were friendly and cheerful, especially a female staff member named Kieu Oanh, who was very attentive and helped me a lot with ordering. Head Chef Hiro’s culinary skill and knowledge are exceptional—you’ll be amazed at the level of preparation and detail that goes into each dish. The seafood, flown in weekly, is incredibly fresh. The chutoro melted perfectly in the mouth, and the oysters were as fresh as they come. The restaurant also offers an impressive selection of sake. Ben’s detailed explanations were highly professional and enhanced the experience. The Genshu, in particular, had a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness, cleansing the palate and allowing for a smooth transition between dishes. The vegetable aspic was not only visually stunning but also a great option for vegetarians—the hint of strawberry was a brilliant touch. The beef gyoza, chawanmushi, and beef tataki are all must-tries. What’s most surprising is that a restaurant of this caliber is tucked away in such an unassuming location—it truly feels like a hidden gem.
