Hong Cafe is one of the most famous coffee spots with a beautiful Saigon River view. If you love outdoor seating and fresh air, this place is highly recommended. We stopped here after a run to relax and enjoy coffee — such an amazing experience. The view, atmosphere, and coffee make it a perfect place to unwind.
Nice place on the river. Kitchen is amazing. Burger, dumplings with blueberries, Bo ne - my head was blown away.
the soup was decent but there are just too many flies everywhere to enjoy the setting. the staff is not particularly friendly regardless of how nice the space is. there were also bits of plastic packaging from ice (I imagine) in my drink, too small to really see. so for everyone who’s worried about microplastics, you’re probably ingesting them often at this establishment.

Hong Cafe is such a gem. The location right on the river is beautiful and peaceful, and something I really appreciated is that it doesn’t have the unpleasant smells you sometimes get in other areas—it’s fresh, calm, and relaxing. The menu is excellent with a wide selection of food and drinks at very reasonable prices. I really enjoyed the egg doner and the BLT, both were tasty and filling. Their drinks are just as good—my salt coffee was delicious, and the fresh juices were refreshing and clearly made with care. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. They’re also pet friendly, and they were so sweet playing with my dogs, which meant a lot to me. 🐶💛 The cafe plays great music, has lots of comfortable seating, and the overall vibe is perfect. It’s an ideal spot whether you want to relax, get some work done, or hang out with a small group of friends. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend Hong Cafe!
