Điều đó cũng đồng nghĩa nắng trưa và muỗi là chuyện phải chấp nhận, và không gian mở gần như không có vách ngăn với khói thuốc từ bàn bên — một reviewer 4 sao đã thẳng thắn chỉ ra điều này. Bù lại là gió sông và một đường chân trời mà hầu hết những không gian máy lạnh trong khu vực không thể sánh được. Điều khách quen nhận xét nhất quán là đồ ăn ở đây giữ được chất lượng qua nhiều lần ghé: phần ăn hơi nhỏ, nhưng chất lượng ổn định, không bị đuối theo thời gian.
Trong một khu phố đầy những địa điểm ven sông có thể "sống" dựa vào tầm nhìn, Chang's lại xứng đáng với mức đánh giá 4.6 nhờ đồ ăn chứ không phải cảnh quan. Riêng phần pasta — nơi bếp không cắt xén nguyên liệu và thực khách có lựa chọn thực sự — đã đủ sức thu hút dù không có Landmark 81 làm phông nền. Thứ Ba là ngày duy nhất quán đóng cửa; tất cả các tối còn lại, bếp mở đến 11:30 tối, biến đây thành một trong những lựa chọn ăn tối muộn khả thi nhất trên đoạn Nguyễn Văn Hưởng này.
I’ll be honest, I usually worry that places with a view like this trade flavor for aesthetics, but Chang Bistro is the real deal. The pasta was a total standout—perfectly al dente and you can tell they aren't cutting corners with the ingredients. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, which is a huge plus. Definitely not just another 'Instagram spot,' the food actually holds its own.
Gorgeous river view overlooking the sunset and Landmark 81. Cozy atmosphere and a truly yummy tiramisu. Highly recommended for a relaxing evening.
Homemade pasta where you can choose both the type of pasta and the sauce. I personally love the gnocchi with Gorgonzola which really taste like in Italy 🇮🇹. The view over the river and the landmark is really nice. My only comment is that the portions are a bit small
Chang's Bistro & Cakes is an amazing spot with delicious food and incredible desserts. The place is cozy, welcoming, and perfect for a quick bite or a relaxing meal. Their cakes are fresh and full of flavor, and the service is always friendly. I go back because the quality is consistent and everything tastes homemade. Highly recommended!
Small restaurant with international dishes. The food is not tasty but the place is nice close to the river . We have taken a vietbamese style salad , carbonara pasta and phở in a non vietnamese flavor . Every plates lack of genuine flavor .
