Café Slow tọa lạc trong một không gian hai tầng trên đường Lê Văn Miến, hai khu vực ngồi được nối liền bằng lối đi xuyên khoảng sân vườn mở — phá vỡ cách bố trí thông thường của một quán cà phê và mang lại cảm giác thông thoáng hiếm thấy ở địa chỉ này. Một bên có máy lạnh và yên tĩnh hơn, chủ yếu được chiếm lĩnh bởi những người mang laptop ngồi làm việc hàng giờ liền, trong khi hành lang ngoài trời thu hút các nhóm bạn ngồi hàn huyên bên ly nước.
Espresso tonic đã xây dựng được lượng khách ruột trong cộng đồng thường xuyên ở Thao Dien, liên tục được nhắc đến cùng với cà phê slow-drip như lý do để quay lại. Cold brew và cà phê filter bổ sung cho thực đơn đồ uống thiên về specialty hơn là những thứ mới lạ nhất thời. Bếp của quán sau đó đã mở rộng thêm pasta và gelato, làm phong phú thực đơn mà không làm thay đổi bản sắc vốn có.
Chất lượng phục vụ vẫn được duy trì dù đông hay vắng. Nhân viên được ghi nhận vì đã thay thế đồ uống bị đổ mà không tính thêm tiền, đồng thời luôn chú tâm đến khách trong những ca đông — điều không nhỏ khi buổi sáng cuối tuần ở đây có thể rất chật. Ghế trong khu máy lạnh không có đệm, điểm cần lưu ý trong buổi làm việc dài, dù bầu không khí yên tĩnh vẫn đủ sức giữ chân khách quen.
Thiết kế nội thất tối giản, ánh sáng dịu và nhạc nền âm lượng thấp giữ cho không khí quán luôn trầm lặng theo đúng chủ ý. Ngày thường, khách chủ yếu là dân tập trung làm việc; cuối tuần không gian mang màu sắc xã hội hơn, khu ngoài trời lấp đầy từ sớm. Điểm đánh giá 4.5 từ 547 lượt phản ánh lượng khách quen ổn định hơn là lưu lượng ghé thăm vì tò mò.
Mở cửa hàng ngày từ 7 giờ sáng, giờ hoạt động và bố cục không gian biến Café Slow thành một trong những lựa chọn cà phê cả ngày thực tế nhất trong khu vực.
I spilled my coffee and literally made it messy around the table. The staff soon came to my seat and cleaned it up. After that they even made new coffee for me without charging me. I’m so thankful what they did for me. They saved my day. Not only good coffee, but also good people here. Thank you very much.
Cafe Slow is a peaceful little escape in Thao Dien. The space is divided into two sides, each with its own service counter, separated by a charming garden walkway that gives the place a unique, cozy feel. The coffee was good, but the atmosphere is what really stands out. It is an excellent spot for focus and coworking. We stayed for about three hours and had no problem settling in, getting work done and enjoying the slow, calm vibes. The decor is thoughtful, the setting is relaxing and it’s easy to feel comfortable here for a long stretch of time. We will definitely be coming back.
Cafe was spacious and clean. Staff was really attentive. I got their chai latte, but it tasted like hong kong milk tea rather than chai. Their choux au craquelin was just okay, the vanilla custard had a strong egg flavor, not too much vanilla. I'd like to try their coffee next time.
Cozy coffee place. Creative settings. Great coffee. Super crowded though, yet quiet bunch, which is a plus. Friendly & fast-furious service considering the crowd. Some social check ins posing for photos.
A MUST TRY! :) One of my favorites because of their Espresso Tonics (best in T.D.) and chill atmosphere. With the opening of an additionally larger space; the cafe now offers beautifully made pasta, great tasting gelato and even more room to meet with friends. From the cold brew / filter coffee options to the friendly, amazing and delightfully helpful team members working there; Cafe Slow one of the best coffee places around.
