BlackPit nằm trong một con hẻm dân sinh cách Xa Lộ Hà Nội không xa — địa chỉ đó tự nhiên lọc bớt những khách qua đường không chủ ý. Không gian ăn uống mang hơi hướng BBQ Mỹ thuần chất: bàn gỗ mộc, mùi gỗ cháy âm ỉ lan khắp phòng. Nhưng bếp ở đây không dừng lại ở một quán grill thông thường. Bữa tối xoay quanh các loại protein được hun khói đúng điệu: brisket ủ 24 giờ với độ ngấm khói sâu, spare ribs tách xương gọn, và smoke platter cắt ngang thực đơn — trong đó có lưỡi bò, món đã thuyết phục không ít thực khách thử lần đầu.
Chiều cuối tuần, BlackPit chuyển sang một nhịp điệu khác. Thực đơn brunch mang ra những chiếc sandwich sourdough nhân brisket kẹp cà tím ngâm chua, rocket và phô mai tan chảy — cùng croissant xếp lớp cá hồi hun khói, cream cheese và vỏ chanh vàng. Đây không phải những món brunch ngẫu nhiên có thêm nguyên liệu hun khói; hun khói mới là kỹ thuật chủ đạo, được áp dụng nhất quán từ bữa đầu ngày đến tận bữa tối.
Tối thứ Sáu có thêm set nhạc live, kéo theo nhóm bạn bè đến để tận hưởng một buổi tối ra trò chứ không chỉ ăn có nhạc nền. Phục vụ ở đây có tiếng về sự thành thật với khẩu phần — nhân viên từng được ghi nhận chủ động khuyên bàn bớt gọi khi thấy dư, điều đó phần nào nói lên sự tự tin của bếp. Tủy xương và súp tây bầu từng xuất hiện trong phần khai vị, bên cạnh thực đơn steak gồm T-bone và tenderloin sốt rượu vang, tỏi hun khói và dưa chua — gợi nhớ phong cách steakhouse Mỹ cổ điển. Nhà hàng nhận đặt bàn cho các bữa tối dịp đặc biệt. Mức giá thấp hơn so với chất lượng tương đương trong khu vực — điều này phần nào giải thích tỷ lệ khách quen quay lại.
Nothing to complain about the food, really outstanding and delicious. I ordered the smoke platter, and I really enjoyed the selection of meat, especially the beef tongue which was suprisingly good. We initially ordered a combo and 2 other dishes but the waiter told us it was a lot of food for 2, which it was, so hats off to them for the great service and attention to the customer. Highly recommend this place to anyone and I will come back for more.
Amazing experience for our night out. The music band on Friday night was excellent. Food was delicious and staffs were professional/ attentive. Can’t find a flaw - we will be back!

Came across this place by chance, and decided to get out of the rain and eat there. We ended up being the only guests, which was surprising because what was served was excellent. As the name suggests, the place is meat-centric, but everything that came out of the kitchen - including the non meat items - was of excellent standard and presentation. We'll be back when we can. It was a very nice experience.
This is the first time we visit this steakhouse and the experience is excellent. We made a reservation for the X’mas dinner. The ambience of restaurant was nice and reminded me an old fashion steakhouse in Missouri. The appetizers (leek soup and bone marrow) and the sauce were perfect. The steaks (tenderloins and T-bone) were well cooked, the wine sauces, smoke garlics, onions, and pickles went so well with the smoked steaks. Services were also fantastic and just right for a cozy dinning. Definitely recommend it for the steak-lovers.
