I had a really great experience at The Pizza Company Vincom Thao Dien, and I especially wanted to recognize two staff members: NHI and VY. The restaurant became extremely busy with multiple large parties coming in, but both of them handled everything professionally and without missing a beat. NHI was incredibly attentive throughout the entire meal. She was fast, helpful, and always one step ahead with service. One small thing that really stood out to me was that she was able to get pizza sauce for my garlic bread without making it complicated — which surprisingly becomes an issue at many pizza places even though it’s very common in the United States. Little things like that make a difference. When the restaurant suddenly got overwhelmed with large groups, VY immediately stepped in and helped seamlessly. The teamwork between them was honestly impressive to watch because service quality never dropped even during the rush. Both of them were calm, organized, friendly, and genuinely cared about giving customers a good experience. Very appreciative of the service and definitely wanted to leave recognition for them specifically.
