I am sorry but I can't leave a very good review. Honestly, it is not a good value for money. It is supposed to be cheaper. Pros: + Thao Dien area + Approachable and friendly owner + Good design Cons: - No lift - My room was not cleaned during all 3 days (I had to keep trash in the fridge because I was afraid of cockroaches) - No hot water in the shower - Poor soundproofing - Room 6 doesn't have a good view (basketball court) and a few high buildings in the distance - Light is poor
A lovely guesthouse with amazingly nice and spacious rooms. Really value for money!! The place is quiet (have a room at the front, which is the best!). It is all very clean, also because you take off your shoes at the entrance. They provide drinking water as much as you need, and clean your room anytime you want.
I felt just as free as when I traveled to different countries. I really like the self check-in system; it shows trust in your guests, letting them grab the keys and settle in without any hassle. The owner must be someone who loves to travel to have such good taste in organizing and decorating the room. The room has a unique style, like the cloth hanging bar made from a wooden stick and the tree decorations. The desk is placed by the window, getting plenty of sunshine. The rooftop is incredibly peaceful. As much as I enjoyed my stay, the bathroom is showing its age and could use some upgrades. Despite this, I'll definitely be back for another stay.
Well appointed, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms with everything a traveller would want. Generous bathroom size, clean again. Everything welcoming. Access to a large, clean, well fitted and furnished kitchen, great indoor plants collection and welcoming entrance. It's obvious the owner cares for the building and his clients. Excellent location and quiet. Highly recommended.
Gem of a place, so tastefully decorated and comfortable. Beds are super, and there is free use of kitchen, with no restrictions in timings etc. Host is super friendly. In the heart of Thao Dien, with easy access to local supermarket, and restaurants, as well as up scale dining if so desired. Very well located and economical for my purpose
