Family recommended this eatery in operation for over 50 years. Three locations in Ho Chi Minh city. We attended the Thao Dien site with a group. Was served by Nguyen Hoang. Having eaten in so many places around this vibrant city this place did not dissapoint. We started with Banh Bao, waiter highly recommended & he was right, best I have eaten in Ho Chi Minh without a doubt. Then we all tried Cha Gio Tom Cua, absolutely fantastic ( a must try). Followed by Hu Tieu Nam Vang, my favourite dish of the evening. Flavour, fresh ingredients & just the right portion for a quality dish. We finished with sharing to try out the flavour of Mi Vit Tim. Once again, on point & the soup was incredible, the scent, the taste & portion. Left with 4 take away signature buns. Highly recommend visiting for lunch or dinner & will leave very satisifed. Ambients is warm, seating spacious, the waiter Hoang was absolute professional, friendly & well verse with the menu. Will be coming back for sure 100%.

The hu tieu was fantastic, and the spring rolls were the perfect complement to the meal. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the ingredients tasted fresh. If you enjoy noodle soup dishes, this place is definitely worth a visit.
