Abalone and caviar stir fried noodles: trust me you have to order this, it explodes with the flavour of abalone and caviar in your mouth, the chef has handled the abalone quite well I don't find any fishy taste in it. Grilled white pomfret fillet in banana leaves with green sauce. The fish is deboned and wrapped in banana leaves to grill, making the fish juicy and soaked in sauce. You can feel the freshness of each piece of fish, and the slight spiciness of the sauce makes you not know how to describe it. The last dish is also the dish I recommend you definitely order when you come here: beef rolls with green mustard, oh my gosh it's so delicious. The crunchiness and sweetness of the vegetables, seaweed leaves, the juiciness and freshness of the beef, the bitterness of the green mustard, it's an explosion of flavors, come eat quickly, what are you waiting for?
