The gelato is good (4/5) - but to be honest, I never enjoy eating there because the space is very narrow, especially the indoor seating near the restroom, which doesn’t look very clean. I ordered three scoops ( I paid 290k for this, a bit expensive) but they were served in a small cone, which made them difficult to eat. The scoops kept falling off, and the gelato melted quickly. They should serve three scoops in a larger cone instead.
Lovely spot for gelato lover. Highly recommend the Mint Chocolate & Salted Caramel. And do not forget to ask for the small chocolate filled cone on top of your gelato! A minus point is for the space, quite small inside and not so smart arrangement of table (too much wasted space between inside seats but cannot let people to sit there eventually). But totally enjoyable for a cool night treats outside!
I’ve been here many times and it’s usually good, but this visit was honestly frustrating. We were standing there waiting to order for at least five minutes, and the staff took orders from not just one, but two groups of customers who came after us. No one acknowledged us or asked who was next. We weren’t sure if the system had changed (like paying first), since that wasn’t how it worked before, but there was zero communication. When we finally went to the cashier as suggested, instead of taking our order, the cashier started giving samples to another group behind us. At that point, it was just annoying. There didn’t seem to be any clear order or system, and the staff looked visibly bored and disengaged. It really felt like customers were just being ignored. Disappointing experience this time.
The flavor was very bland, almost nonexistent. Two scoops cost 145k, so it wasn't that cheap. I'm very disappointed and think a regular 7-Eleven ice cream for a fraction of the price would have been better. I'm still giving it three stars for the store's architecture.
Great ice cream with a wide variety of flavors, and you can sample before ordering, which is a big plus. The cones are really good, crispy and go well with the ice cream. They also offer some interesting flavors, such as truffle and soursop. This is one of the best ice cream shops I’ve tried so far and definitely one of my favorites. The price is a bit on the higher side, but the quality makes it worth it. There is outdoor seating available, but it can get quite hot during the daytime. The only downside is that the space is quite small. Ice cream boxes and Grab delivery are available as an option for enjoying at home. I’ll definitely come back to try more flavors.
