The soft serve is amazing. I went there a week ago and unfortunately, the wait time was 10 minutes. There were 3 employees. 1 employee standing at the register doing nothing. 1 employee sitting down on their phone. The good employee making all the drinks and stuff. The wait is unacceptable.
