I love their selections and they labels all their vegan products and non-alcoholic wines/champagne/beers.
The products like vegetables and fruits are really good and the security and staffs were really nice in helping us putting our groceries. However, the service of the cashier in this store really needs working. When we have 2 baskets or many items, the cashier does not want to help us. There were two cashiers and both were arguing that they do not want to help as we have a lot of things, and shows they’re annoyed by intentionally slowing down the checkout process. This shows the immaturity they have where it is their job to assist customers. This behavior is not what customers should expect from a grocery store and this similar experience from the cashier has happened a lot of times. I hope the management can address this for a better experience.
Quick stop while going from school to home. And few many other kids ,parents and teachers doing the same..the store is quite big and nice. And if anyone like to dispose their electronic waste, this is your place.
Annam Gourmet should really pay attention to to the pasta they sell in this store (and probably elsewhere in Thao Dien…). In the pasta aisle, many packages are infested with wheat weevils, and this has been going on for months. We have had to throw away pasta, return packages… and just yesterday (November 12, 2025), infested packages were still on the shelves with visible wheat weevils live inside! Barilla and other Italian brands are concerned. Added, a picture done right now (13/11/2025) with tens or more inside…
