Nice to try avocado croissant, very fresh and well-baked, reasonable price for both drinks and bakes for a coffee shop in district 2. The owner is really nice and friendly. Small place with 2 table for maximum 8 people, take away is recommended.
I’ve walked by Nabu Pastry a few times and finally decided to stop in, and I’m glad I did. We came around 1pm on a Tuesday and were greeted by extremely friendly staff who made the experience feel warm right from the start. We tried the apple turnover and the matcha croissant. The staff offered to warm up the turnover, which was a nice touch. The result? A perfectly flaky, buttery pastry with a warm apple filling that hit the spot. The matcha croissant was just as good, with a light, creamy center that was generously filled but not overly sweet. The texture was spot on, crisp on the outside, soft and delicate inside. The atmosphere has a classic local French café vibe, which was relaxed, unpretentious, and inviting. Overall, I’d rate the experience a 4.5 out of 5. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their pastries.
