I was very happy with the result although the communication was very awkward. I set an appointment through WhatsApp and we agreed on 200k When I arrived there was a lot of unnecessary banter between the staff that made me feel uncomfortable, they wanted another 100k for hair wash. Obviously you would wash one’s hair before blow drying so I thought that was a bit tricky. Or should’ve at least been communicated ahead of time. It shouldn’t be assumed that tourists are stupid. Hair wash was okay, I’ve had better but the overall result was good. The guy took the time and attention to give a nice wavey blowdry. Thanks!

Well cleanly place. Service is awesome and they did a good job in nail art as per the picture showed by my daughter. Did a great job in coloring my silver roots. Good place to relax 😌 But they need more professionalism in doing fashion colors into hair because my daughters hair was messed up 😔

내돈내산 An unprofessional and rude hair salon. I came in just to have my hair blow-dried, but even paying felt frustrating and completely ruined my evening. As soon as I sat down, I took out my phone to record myself, as I had an appointment later that night and was wearing a beautiful French blue contact lens. I simply wanted to capture the moment. A woman suddenly approached me and asked, “What are you doing? What are you recording? You’re not allowed to film.” I was genuinely shocked and uncomfortable. This was the first time I had ever experienced a hair salon that forbids customers from filming themselves, which explains why my face in the video looks so startled. 😡 Even though it was only a blow-dry, the service took an unusually long time, with two different staff members switching to dry my hair. After sitting there for a while, I realized a younger client behind me was crying because her hair color didn’t turn out as requested. Regardless of what was happening internally, I had just walked into the salon and sat down, with no way of knowing the issues they were dealing with. Poor communication and a rude attitude turned a simple blow-dry into an unpleasant experience. This was my first visit, and it will also be my last.

The massage experience here is actually so good! Very strong masseuses that can customise the strength to how you like it. The hairdresser was so great, they were able to get the nice curls I liked with my hair length! The owner was lovely and recommended some restaurants and dishes to try.

I went here to get my hair washed and the girl that washed my hair was very unfriendly. I felt very uncomfortable and I had to tell her to not pull my hair during the hair wash. For the high price, the service should have been better. The place was clean though.
